Insurance Phone Consultant
EXL Risk Control is a leading provider of risk assessments and loss control surveys to commercial lines insurance carriers. We are seeking self-directed consultant to perform safety surveys via phone. The successful consultant will possess excellent communication skills, organization, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and timeliness standards. Prior experience with inspections or surveys is a plus, but not a requirement for success.
The successful consultant will schedule and perform phone surveys using EXL Risk Control forms, and complete a form or report back to an insurance company. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a commercial insurance policy. The successful consultant will remain organized on all assignments and manage the assignment from scheduling an appointment to completing the survey.
Consultants will work from their home or office, and contact commercial business owners to obtain information about their operations and location.. Surveyed businesses can include construction operations, landscaping, pool maintenance, retail businesses and various types of manufacturers, etc. You will be completing phone surveys for various commercial insurance lines of business that can include Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet and Products Liability.
Tools or Items Required:
- Windows-based PC with an image/document scanner and Microsoft Word
- High speed internet access
- No Licensed Insurance Agents/Producers
