-Must be able to submit reports in on-time by mandatory due dates.
-Must be able to provide an accurate and quality report defined by client specifications.
-Experience in this field is preferred, but highly driven and independent person will succeed as well.

-Measuring device to measure square footage of building
-Must pass background check
