- Reports to: Territory Manager
- Primary Function:
The field coordinator's primary duties will be to assist the Territory Manager with daily tasks. The typical tasks will be following up with field consultants, making phone calls to verify information, pulling reports, organizing issues of the field consultants, and reporting back to the Territory Manager as needed.
- Key Responsibilities will include:
- Overdue & coming due list w/ their assigned LCRs
- Contact LCRs; using overdue/coming due reports & filters
- Elevate nonresponsive consultants to the Branch Manager.
- Customer inquiries from Account managers
- Communication with Account Managers on extensions/closeouts
- Help prepare requests for assignments in client systems
- Write up Closeouts
- Monitor reports going outside territory i.e. pre-call work, phone surveys, virtual
- Watch reports that were converted to Phone reports and ensure they are being completed promptly

- Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in a support position
- Proficient with office software
