We would pay $8 per file and it should take approximately 15 to 20 min to review each file.  Our expectations would be min 10 files per day and the person could work any hours they choose providing the work is done correctly.

This workload would amount to about 3 hours per day.  At $8 per file, the effective pay rate would be almost $27 per hour.  We would need someone with prior residential inspection experience and/or QA agent experience with mid-value and high-valued residential properties.
